The GEDAC manufacturing factory is based in Jeddah and includes the company administration and sales offices with sales offices in Riyadh and Al Khobar and all these are quality accredited facilities. The GEDAC factory of 21000m2 incorporates state of the art machinery including a fully automated fabrication and powder coating paint plant plus a computerized spares and inventory store.
Gedac’s customers are served by a well trained sales team that are experienced and knowledgeable in LV & MV power distribution solutions and backed up by highly qualified engineers in the GEDAC engineering services team. This team provides network design and consulting services, system studies and equipment design & selection plus layout design services. The dedicated GEDAC after sales service team supports GEDAC customers and the installed base of equipment offering warranty support, 24 x 7 breakdown service, equipment retrofitting, preventive maintenance and other maintenance services.
